At furniture door to door we offer you free mainland U.K. delivery* no matter how many items your order is, big or small.
Our courier service includes:
- Deliveries are booked in with yourself to a convenient time that suits you.
- You will receive a courtesy call 1 hour prior to delivery.
- The courier will deliver into a downstairs room of your choice, and even upstairs but only if it is safe to do so.
One your item is in stock delivery time varies from 2-15 working days, depending on your location. There will need to be a person over the age of 18 there to sign for your goods. If we are not able to deliver your goods due no one being there when we attempt to deliver, you will be charged for the costs incurred. Once you have signed for your goods you will become the owner of these goods and therefore liable for any subsequent loss or destruction. Due to our courier being a single person delivery we have tried to advise where possible which items the courier may need assistance for bringing the item inside your home.
Before order please measure sure your furniture will fit through any passages, stairwells, landings and doorways on the way to the destination room. If you are unsure on any measurements just contact us. Please be advised that while every care will be taken by the delivery driver, we cannot be held responsible for any damage to your home or possessions caused during bringing your furniture into your home. Therefore we would advise that you cover any carpets or furniture, and remove any valuables from the areas in which our driver shall be bringing in your furniture.
Please note within our delivery service we do not offer the option for you check over your furniture before you sign for your item. Therefore we ask you to unpack and check over your items within 2 days of them being delivered and contacting us on 01353 86213 if there are any issues with your furniture. We also do not offer a service for putting the furniture together. Therefore we have tried to advice where possible which items require assembly and how many people may be needed for constructing. Each piece of furniture that needs constructing comes with instructions for assembly but if there are no instructions within your item please do not hesitate to contact us.
*There are some surcharges if you live within Scotland, Wales, NE and within the London congestion zone. Please see the table below on where these charges will be applicable; if you do live in one of these areas please contact either by email or phone before purchasing.

You can cancel your order without penalty at any time prior to the goods being dispatched from our warehouse.
If you have received your furniture and for whatever reason you are not happy with your furniture we offer a money back guarantee based on the following terms:
- You have contacted us within 7 days of receiving you item.
- The item must be in its original packaging
- It must be unused, complete and in the condition you received it in.
- The refund has to go back onto the card which the customer paid with.
When returning an item which you are not happy with, we do charge a collection fee:
- One Item: £30.00
- Two or More Items: £40.00
Once we have received your returned item, and we are happy that it is in a saleable condition. We shall refund you the amount you paid minus the collection charge stated above. However if we do not receive the item in a saleable condition as well as the collection fee you shall also be charged for the reduction in value.
Please note, due to the time it takes to recollect the item, you may not receive a refund until 28 days after the day you notified us of your change of mind.
In the very unlikely event you received your item and it is damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We shall then arrange for your furniture to be collected for free. You will then have the choice on whether to receive a full refund or to have a replacement sent out.
Please do not attempt to fix any problems yourself if the product is damaged unless you have contacted us before. We cannot accept any returns on furniture which has been modified as this will void the manufacturer’s warranty.
If you have ordered some furniture which will require assembly; please check over all the parts and check that all the components are there before assembling furniture. We cannot accept returns on any items which have been part or fully assembled, if you have changed your mind or the item is damaged. So if you do have any issues with what you have received please contact us before assembling the furniture.
